Got stranded in Houston by thunderstorms canceling flights. Catherine showed us amazing care and helped coordinate the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and handled an odor issue with one of our rooms. So thankful for people that are in customer service and absolutely know how to treat customers to the fullest. Thank you!!

The hotel staff was very welcoming. The room was nice and everything was clean. A lot of people are displaced right now due to the hurricane and the hotel was still so quiet at night. The only thing that was not 5 stars was completely out of the staff and hotels control. There were a lot of people coming in and out from neighboring hotels to use the pool, basketball courts, etc. and leaving behind all of their mess. The staff was continuously picking up trash that was left behind and it was frustrating to see them do double work. People truly have no respect anymore. Also people coming in for breakfast that didn’t even stay at the hotel. It was a little strange but other than that I enjoyed my stay and would use this hotel again. 5/5 for being dog friendly and 5/5 breakfast!

After a long drive was greeted by Catherine(Receptionist) with a warm smile and a sense of being welcomed to the hotel. While discussing parking elevator and surrounding area, she was still very attentive to the front desk. Catherine has restored my faith in humanity, and a reminder of what GREAT service is. 10/10

Breakfast is great. Everything was good except the front desk clerk is always in the back room. You need to ring the bell to get their attention every time. Once you realize that, you don't have to wait for them to ask a question or reserve a shuttle to the airport. At first, I only saw the sign that says the clerk is "temporarily away" so I waited longer than necessary.

Overall a good stay here. The place felt small at first from the outside, but once in the hotel, it was an average size. Room was clean and spacious. The digital key was very handy and worked perfectly the whole week. Upon check in, the hotel sends a text to check in and see how things are. When I encountered an issue in the room. I tried to respond to this text to get service. I did not get a response. I also tried to use the chat on the hilton app and also did not get a response. I went by the front desk on the third day to make the request I needed. The front desk person said they saw the original text and wasn't sure why it wasn't answered. On the third day, the issue was addressed, basically after I made the request in person. I appreciate the team getting the issue resolved, but would have appreciated a response on the digital platforms that they promote. If these digital platforms are not functioning, this should be advertised to avoid confusion.

Homewood Suites by Hilton offers a convenient location and a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation. One hiccup during my visit was an issue with the toilet not flushing. A staff member promptly checked the situation and explained that the tank had no water, offering me the option to switch rooms. While moving rooms wasn't ideal, the resolution was handled. Aside from that minor inconvenience, my stay was very pleasant. The overall experience was positive, with cozy accommodations and a satisfying breakfast that added to the comfort. If you're looking for a convenient and reliable hotel stay, Homewood Suites is a solid choice.

As good of service as it gets, which is what I want when I'm tired after a flight. I don't want to have to worry if I'm bothering the front desk person for basic hotel accommodations when it's simply their job because of a poor attitude. I didn't have to worry about that with Shay, the front desk woman the night I walked in. She showed me where I can get a mug for their 24/7 coffee, gave me the number of room keys I requested, etc. But she also went above and beyond. Our first room had an unideal smell admittedly, but she put us in the same-layout room no questions asked immediately. Truly amazing service, made it easy for us to relax after a long flight, definitely would come back in the future. It helps that the lobby is incredible to do work in, as homely as any you'll find in this price range.
